Vaccination
The CDC recommends COVID-19 vaccines for everyone 6 months and older and boosters for everyone 5 years and older, if eligible. Cook County Health offers this vaccine for free, regardless of insurance or immigration status, at vaccination sites (children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). COVID Testing
If you would like your child to be tested weekly at school for COVID-19 during the school year, please complete the COVID-19 Testing Program Opt-In Form.
We will continue to utilize similar mitigations as the year before by strongly encouraging mask-wearing and social distancing a detailed return to learning plan will be shared soon.
